Together Financial Collective is a non-profit organization established by Cornerstone Financial Network, and is dedicated to empowering current and aspiring women financial advisors through professional development, growth, and advancement.

GOAL:

We were tasked to produce a commercial film with the aim of driving awareness of TFC and their mission as an organization (while highlighting several issues women face in work place).

RESPONSIBILTIES:

When we were approached by Cornerstone Financial Network to produce a commercial film for their non-profit department (Together Financial Collective), they provided a concept they envisioned to produce, ensuring that the core message of gender equality, empowering women, and the importance of financial planning was conveyed through compelling storytelling. They shaped the concept around the struggles and empowerment of women in both their professional careers and as consumers in the financial market.

As the video production company behind this campaign, we’re honored to bring our client’s vision to life with precision and technical expertise. Understanding the goals, and audience, we shaped tone and message through collaborative development. This clarity fuels every stage: scripting, shot-list, and storyboard developments, production design, casting and execution—resulting in engaging, and impactful visual storytelling.

A Commercial Film

1. Challenge 1: Tight Timeline

One of the initial challenges we faced was the limited timeframe. From receiving the green light on the project, we had just two weeks to complete pre-production and prepare for filming. This presented a significant challenge, as we had to finalize a detailed script, scout and book multiple locations, manage production design, secure permits, and contract over 30 talents and 20 crew members, among other tasks. While two weeks was a tight window, we were fully committed to delivering on the client’s vision. Embracing problem-solving as a core value, working even through sleepless nights, to ensure every detail was organized and ready for production.

2. Challenge 2: Budget Constraints and Multiple Locations

The second major challenge involved balancing the budget with the need for several location scenes. With numerous locations to cover, we needed to find an efficient way to stay on schedule and within budget while staying true to the client’s creative vision. Our solution was to rent an entire building floor to stage multiple required scenes, which allowed us to film 50-60% of the scenes in a single day. By utilizing approximately 2,500 square feet of space, we were able to transform it into multiple settings, such as an airport terminal, a school nurse’s office, an opulent office, a call center, school recital theater and many more. This strategic decision not only saved us valuable time but also significantly reduced costs, ultimately allowing us to deliver a high-quality product while adhering to the client’s budget.

This project took a team of skilled creatives, technicians, problem solvers and talented casts to bring into fruition.

Bringing the Vision to Life: Edemvisuals’ role was to take the client’s vision and make it visually compelling and impactful story. Our adjustments ensured the narrative would resonate with the target audience and clearly communicate the brand’s mission.

Overall, Edemvisuals provided the technical expertise, and production skills needed to effectively communicate Together Financial Collective’s mission and goals through a dynamic and engaging video campaign.
