Terms & Conditions

By booking a session, purchasing a subscription, or paying an invoice, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully before using our studio or services.

1. Studio Hours

Our regular Podcast Studio hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST).
Any bookings or services outside these hours are considered after-hours and may incur additional fees.

2. Booking Policy

Bookings are available in hourly increments only.
Unused hours cannot be rolled over or credited toward future sessions.
The maximum occupancy allowed in the studio is 8 people.
If you plan to bring more, please contact us for approval before booking.

3. Arrival Guidelines

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth setup and transition between clients.
If you are traveling and need to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

4. Deliverables & File Transfers

Raw video and audio files will be delivered immediately after the podcast session via SSD.
All data transfers require an SSD (Solid-State Drive) provided by the client.
Edemvisuals does not transfer files via cloud services for security and reliability reasons.

5. Add-Ons & Extra Services

Memberships and bookings do not include add-on services such as postproduction, production personnel, or equipment, etc.
A separate invoice will be provided for any approved add-on requests.

6. Cancellation Policy

Full credit refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start time.
50% credit refund: Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the start time.
No credit refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@edemvisuals.com.

7. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions begin on the date of purchase or the date of invoice payment and renew automatically each month.
To cancel a subscription, email info@edemvisuals.com before the next billing date.
Review “Early Termination” for refunds terms.

8. Early Termination

Subscribers may terminate their subscription at any time. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation within the billing cycle:

Within 10 days of the start of the current billing cycle: Full refund for any unused portion.
Between 10 days after the start and 10 days before the end of the billing cycle: 50% refund for any unused portion
Within the 10 days of the end of the billing cycle: No refund for any unused portion

Refunds will be processed based on this schedule.

9. Right to Terminate

Edemvisuals reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in cases of:

Non-payment or chargeback disputes
Violation of studio or company policies
Misuse of property or disruptive conduct

In such cases, access may be revoked immediately.

10. Modifications

We are constantly working to improve our Services and Website, and we may need to change this Policies/Terms from time to time as well. If we do, we will post an amended version on this webpage with a new “last updated” date. Our current Policy will always be on our Website, and any updates will be effective upon posting. If we make material changes, we will note that as part of the "last updated" notice. You are responsible for periodically checking our Website for updates.

11. Limitation of Liability

Edemvisuals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or revenue.
All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Clients use our studio and services at their own risk.
